3. I need help. A guy went up on the roof and used silicone. It's still leaking in my bathroom. The leak isn't very bad, however I don't won't it to get worse.  I asked him if the vent need to be changed and he said he seriously didn't think so.  When it rains hard surely it comes inside faster. It has a metal roof. It rains on opposite wall of the bath tub and hot water tank closet. However it could start closer to the tub where the hot water tank is and rolls down to the opposite side of the room. When It rain, the water comes dripping down in the  middle where the ceiling isn't quite sealed. Perhaps it's a good thing the ceiling isn't sealed along the wall, so that the water can come on down.  So any suggestions will be appreciated.

4. The paint called POR15 is the BEST for rust areas, no second best. I felt you could have spent $15 on 4 cans of spray paint to make the turbines not look so bad.

5. I used Henry's on my seams and it worked like a charm. I just buy two 1 gallon buckets and apply a new layer every summer.

6. This roof is going to leak again in three years. They did not even clean that roof first lol it is all just going to peel off again.

7. I would have hot water pressure washed it first buddy. That roof you just coated looked pretty dirty. You talk about the other guy just coating over the rusted areas. Your no better if you didn't pressure wash the roof with hot water prior to rolling cool seal. And cool seal is one of the cheapest elastomeric roof coatings out there. Just sayin…do it right or don't do it at all

8. I need you guys. My roof I kepp coating it with Henry's roof sealand keep getting leaks I have to get the trailer done so I can get it in ny name to move in suck no luck and hard on money. Nice job it looks like I wish I could do that. How much does it cost for all the supplies?

9. yup best ting to do is put rafters over the trailer then osb or plywood ice and water then shingles or mettle

10. the best thing to do is put a 2×6 on edge down each side then put trusses 24 inch on center then ether plywood and shingle or strap it and put steel roofing

11. got a question……if it`s just surface rust do i still need the inhibator….or neutrualizer
    or can i just sweep it off and go for it ?

12. Nice job you did there! Not many would be as through as yourself. I just purchased a used 1987 mobile home for my son and it looks about the same as that one does. Its a 14X70 and it needs to be cool-sealed. About how much am I looking at cost wise if I purchase the material at the local Lowes and have him put it on. He is a painter by trade.

14. There are 3,5 and 7 yr kool seals and if you only put on 1 coat you will be doing roof repair fairly soon,especially with the 3 yr.
