  1. I loved the table before the yellow!!! And the old lamp shoulda been left….her transformation looked tacky..the door painted was cool but should've left the table the distressed look..I CAN'T believe she ruined it with that yellow and tacky set up and painting…No! NOPE, NO!!!!

  2. Lets face it, it was way better before if not broken do not fix it. İt is like weird ikea hack idea. if its white lets make it look like made out wood, if it is plain wood lets paint it white, ok why ? Just buy the one you want.

  3. Why would you replace such a beautiful bench? It looked so much more comfy than that rickety stool. Just add some colorful thtow2 pillows for a pop pf color. The entry way looked quite roomy so two small tables on each side of the bench and a basket or shoerack underneath could collect shoes, boots, mail, keys etc…

  4. I liked the before better!
I would have added the darker paint color to the door and added throw pillows and art to pick up the color in the tile and paint.
Every entry needs a lamp as well, the makeover didn’t include one.

  5. I would have just done the door because the usefulness of the bench + the originality of the console table were all gone and all those added decorations made it too crowded imho.

  6. Take the time to take the door off the hinges if you are able (paint in summer!) and take the time to remove hardware in any case! Ones attention to 'prep' definately shows up on the finished product.
