1. I believe he was saying " cementitious product " – yes you can fill in certain areas of low spots on a flat roof however you need to make sure the product you use to do that can bond to the surface , some cement based products that are used to level decks and fill voids may crack up when used on a roof, also you will definitely need to roof over the patched area to keep it from absorbing water ! so the surface has to be dry and that "product " completely cured with very low moisture content before you add roofing to the top

2. Can someone please say what product he used – the whole video means nothing without knowing which products to use!
