  1. I do actual roof repairs for a living and Titebond WeatherMaster Ultimate MP & ChemLink NovaLink are way better than silicone on any roof surface, both come in color matching to match any roof your repairing and are environmentally safe with low VOC

  2. I'm sure things are different where you are from but what I have learned is that silicone is not a good way to repair anything, especially a concrete roof tile. I'm not knocking your work I'm just making an observation. I would only ever repair a broken roof tile by using an actual roof tile adhesive also where the tiles lap and you say it's necessary to seal that. Wouldn't it be smarter to seal it under the lap so it will last longer due to no exposure to the elements? Of course my theory is it is not necessary to seal that (as it is not done during the original installation), now if you must do another repair in that area you will not get the tiles apart.
